 Coach's Notes to Parents:

  1. No training tomorrow (March 16) -  There will be NO TRAINING tomorrow because of the rain!  Hopefully it will clear up for training on Wednesday!
  2. Girls Training -  Coach Ruth Keegan (CNU Head Women's Coach) will be working with the girls on Wednesday nights starting in late March!  I would like the girls to train with the developmental group on Mondays and work with Ruth on Wednesdays!   I think it's beneficial for the girls to get the chance to train with the boys as well as with all girls!  More information will be given by Coach Shaw soon!
  3. Chesterfield -  It was a shame that the tournament was cancelled!  It was a nice weekend for it!    The kids would have played some pretty good teams from all over so it was very unlucky!    I know the parents that were at the Jefferson Cup didn't like the weather this weekend!
  4. Peace Frogs -  I’ll have the teams made for the tournament this weekend!  We might have one in the U-10 bracket and one in the U-9 so I’m waiting to hear back from the tournament director before finalizing teams!
  5. Website -  Please check the website with updates (tryouts, pictures etc…)!  In addition, we’re trying to set up a link where we can provide weather updates and field cancellations!  Thanks to Mario and Tina Hoffman for keeping up the excellent website!  www.eastendwizards.com
  6. Spring Practices -  I know we all have busy schedules and I understand that you might only be able to attend one session a week!  Just let Beth know what your situation is and we can work with you!  My goal is for them to touch the ball as much as possible!  Coach Shaw and Cheese will be out there next week working on Hines (goals/lines) to make it more match ready!  We're also trying to get the port-a-potty out there as well!
  7. Questions -  If you have any major questions about the development of your child, please email me!  If it’s an administrative problem, please email Beth!
