About the Program: "Virginia Legacy East End Wizards" is an outreach soccer program to boys and girls in the Virginia peninsula area (Hampton, Newport News, and York County; but not limited to those). Our objective is to mentor boys and girls through soccer developmental skills training, introduction to the game, and competing as part of select soccer teams.

Teams: Select teams operate under the umbrella of the Virginia Legacy Soccer Club (VLSC), one of the premier soccer clubs in the state of Virginia. The teams will participate in the Virginia Soccer League Inc (VSLI) and the Virginia Club Champions League (VCCL).

Staff: The staff is comprised of the coaches and players at Christopher Newport University (CNU) and other professional coaches.

Photos: If you have photos that you wish to post, please send them to photos@eastendwizards.com and not directly to the coach/manager e-mails as it will clog up their e-mail. Along with all photos, please send the team name, opponents, date taken, and key players or action of the photo.

2009-2010 Season Tryouts:

Tryout dates for Virginia Legacy East End Teams are posted along with next season's coaches slating (see "Try Outs" under "Key Events" listed above).

Summer Outreach:

Throughout the summer, the Christopher Newport University (CNU) and East End Staff and Coaches will host, as part of their community outreach program, summer practices at Christopher Newport University every Friday evening from 6pm to 7:30pm, starting 29 May 2009.

Camps are hosted by Christopher News University (CNU) Coaches and Players at CNU:
